I began The Attachment Group, Ltd. to serve the needs of the many families living with children with reactive attachment disorder.  I also have worked with adults suffering from attachment disorder.(please note***)  My interest in this work came from seeing the difficulties foster families were having with  SED (severely emotionally disturbed) children.  This evolved from my work with birthmothers, adoption programs, foster care, and treatment foster care children.  

My practice has expanded into many other areas, as the children I work with seldom have only the Reactive Attachment Disorder diagnosis.  I work with children with Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, FAE and FAS, and other issues. 

**** I also LOVE to work with families with "normal" issues - what are those?

I truly do work with people on relationship issues, spiritual growth, personal growth,family relationships, couples therapy, individual issues, etc. 

Because of my interest in the wholistic person model,  I have sought training in EMDR, Neurofeedback, Hypnotherapy, and other alternatives.  When I do not feel confident of my experiences, I often make referrals to other providers.
